Iphone Dtmf Tones Not Working
I have found a setting under the Server-> VOIP -> DTMF Playout but not sure if the changes I make will make a difference. Have tried this several times with the same results. No advanced menu pops up.I would uncheck In-Band and see if that helps. I did some tests with X-Lite 4.5.4 on Windows 8, using "Send in-band" tones, and the IVR system was responding to the digits that I entered. Any changes you make won't take effect until after you reboot the OBi.You then have to run a Syslog server program on your PC that will display and capture the information

When we are on a call and select transfer then dial an exterior number that needs system prompting before the call is transferred we are unable to send any dtmf signals.

You should also hear the tones as you click on the dialpad buttons. The default value is .1 (too short). If you could give me instructions on how to do that, I would appreciate it. If you have "Send in-band" selected, then make sure *not* to use G.729 audio codec, as that can distort the DTMF tones. It is like press 1 for reservation , press 2 for Admin and Press 3 for IT.When i hit 1 it goes to Softphones and thats working fine but when i All is working fine... I have a MAC desktop that utilizes BRIA 4 as an Advanced SIP device on a CUCM v10 implementation.
When I tap the keypad digits for my PIN I see them appear grayed out and are not echoed back to me even though my preferences are set to play them You may need to check your manual or check with the manufacturer to find out which setting is for RTP. If the # key is being recognized, you'll see it in the Syslog output and know that X-Lite is in fact sending a # key. If you are still not successful, please try any combination of enabled/disabled until you get the setup that will work for your server.I think only one of those settings should say
