Xfinity Remote Not Changing Channels


They are hard to hold. hit the power button up front. No changes in TV or settings, furniture, etc. Chose "cable," put in my cable box brand and model number (from front of the box), and it gave me a code and simple instructions that had the remote working with http://trisystech.net/not-working/xfinity-remote-not-working-with-cable-box.html
