It didn't work for us, but it may sort out your problems, so please try them first. I am using Vista. A new web page window will launch loading Adobe - Flash Player - Manager. Select (tick) the Allow third-party Flash content to store data on your computer checkbox so that it's checked.

You know how many times I've had to restart my computer because I had no more audio and video couldn't be played back on websites? I even deleted McAffee to see if that worked.
